| 職位描述 |
| 工作職責(zé) 1. 協(xié)助銷售人員向建筑師、開發(fā)商和產(chǎn)品制造商提供售前技術(shù)服務(wù)。技術(shù)服務(wù)包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的系統(tǒng)解決方案和為個別項目量身定制的解決方案；靜態(tài)計算和方案優(yōu)化；所需材料和成本的估算。其中項目是指使用門窗產(chǎn)品的住宅項目以及使用外墻產(chǎn)品的公共建筑項目； Support Sales to provide pre-sales technical services to the architects, the developers and fabricators. The technical services consist of standard system solutions and customized solutions on individual project, static calculation and plan optimization, materials take off and cost estimation. The projects mean either residential projects with windows and doors or public building projects with fa?ade; 2. 協(xié)助銷售配合開發(fā)商、顧問公司完成招標(biāo)文件；配合合作伙伴完成投標(biāo)文件：包括一整套的方案圖紙，設(shè)計說明，靜態(tài)計算，報價單及方案匯報演示； Assist sales to cooperate with developers and consultants to complete tender documents; Cooperate with fabricators to complete bidding documents including whole sets of proposal drawings, design explanation, static pre-calculations and project presentation; 3. 獨立向產(chǎn)品制造商及項目合作伙伴在項目實施階段提供技術(shù)支持服務(wù)和方案驗證。在這個階段的技術(shù)支持是指施工圖設(shè)計，制造圖紙繪制和現(xiàn)場支持； Cooperate with fabricators and project cooperators for technical support and project verification in projects implementation stage. The technical supports in this stage mean construction drawing design, fabrication drawings and onsite support; 4. 維護技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)資料及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部分的細(xì)節(jié)； Maintain technical database of documents and standard sections details; 5. 完成區(qū)域銷售總監(jiān)安排的其他工作。 Other duties assigned by Regional Sales Director. 任職條件 1. 大專或以上學(xué)歷，土木工程或力學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)； Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering or mechanics; 2. 三年以上門窗公司工作經(jīng)驗或者兩年以上相關(guān)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品公司工作經(jīng)驗； More than 3 years’ working experience in window/door company, or more than 2 years’ working experience with relevant system products; 3. 在門窗設(shè)計，工藝和安裝領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗； Previous experience in design, process and installation of window/door; 4. 了解國內(nèi)相關(guān)的門窗規(guī)范及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)； Must know the relevant standards of window/door in China; 5. 掌握下列軟件：AutoCad, CADPM, Excel, Word, Power Point； Master of AutoCad, CADPM, Excel, Word, Power Point software; 6. 有一定的英語能力，大學(xué)英語4級或以上； Good at English, CET 4 or above; 7. 團隊協(xié)作精神，溝通技巧，愿意學(xué)習(xí)。 Strong sense of teamwork, good communications skills and willing to learn. |
